People are separated in clicks, they do not take their jobs seriously and even cry on their breaks, in the smoking huts. Then once you turn on a service light to inquire, find that the person left for the day? Why take an order if your leaving? The customer service is horrible!! Working there was a joke!! It’s like middle/high school. In fact, we’ve experienced a waitress taking our order and not returning at all.
Especially if you tip them the first time, they take forever to come check on you again. They also take their sweet time returning. Once a server arrives, they are either rude or do not listen. I don’t know about you, but I go to win, not be entertained! If your expecting a server, it would be faster and easier to get your own drink. Which is why I have useful insight! So their philosophy is that if you are entertained while visiting, you won’t care that your losing your money. I’ve visited this casino on a regular basis and even am a black card holder. Let me start by saying I’ve been there since day 1, I’ve even worked there. So where to start? Gun Lake casino is a losers paradise.
